Thomas Killman International (TKI) is a tool that helps teams in conflict or in potential conflict create better win/win outcomes. A TKI event can be incorporated as part of a full day programme (negotiating & influencing) or as a standalong course.

Activities
We use the TKI report. Everyone receives their TKI report. We tailor the activities depending on the topic that is the focus. It is highly interactive with lots of flip chart activities, review of individual report and breakout out conversations.
